The Working Group on Youth Organization Financing will bring together member organizations of the Global Student Forum (GSF) to coordinate efforts and amplify the voices of youth organizations in the financing space. This group will serve as a critical supporting body, helping GSF’s involvement in global funding initiatives and advocating for better funding opportunities for youth-led initiatives, especially those from the Global South.
Key Objectives:
- Advise GSF on strategies related to youth organization financing.
- Advocate for flexible, multi-year funding opportunities for youth-led organizations.
- Collaborate with on funding initiatives and advocacy.
- Build capacity within member organizations to help them better access, manage, and sustain funding.
Membership Criteria:
We are seeking representatives from GSF member organizations who meet the following criteria:
- GSF Membership: Must be an active member of the Global Student Forum.
- Expertise in Youth-Led Projects: Experience in managing, participating in, or advocating for youth-led initiatives, particularly in education, social development, or sustainable development.
- Geographical Diversity: We aim for balanced representation from different global regions, particularly the Global South, to reflect diverse needs and perspectives.
