Towards a Fairer Global Future
On May 8th, the official side event for the 2024 United Nations Civil Society Conference, Justice for Africa: Towards a Fairer Global Future took place online. The session was organised by Justice for Africa, a global campaign led by Africa’s students, youth and survivors of human rights abuses, with solidarity from their peers across the world, co-convened by the All-Africa Students Union, Global Student Forum and the 100 Million campaign.
This interactive, youth and student-led event discussed how to mobilise global solidarity and strategic collaboration to address the rising modern injustices against Africa and share the results of the Our Future, Our Voice consultation of African youth and student leaders on what should be prioritised in the Summit of the Future.
